We ballers always like it oversized, so don’t hesitate to take a size bigger than usual. Check out our baller models and what size they’re wearing to compare or have a look at the sizing chart in the product description.

We are using Stripe as a payment processor, which is compatible with all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express) and Apple Pay

Usually, it takes 2–5 days to fulfil an order, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated to be 3–10 business days. In Spain for example, we usually get our orders within a week.

Due to Covid-19, our fulfilment times may be longer than usual and may continue to increase until things get back to normal. We're seeing delays in our supply chain, including distributors and shipping carriers as the entire industry is grappling with challenges. Sorry about that…

Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:

• Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address

• Ask your local post office if they have your package

• Stop by your neighbours in case the courier left the package with them

If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbour’s, get in touch with us at with your order number.

If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but shipping will be at your own cost.

We work with a print-on-demand drop shipper for now. They have locations worldwide with European facilities in Spain and Latvia, so depending on where you are, your orders are printed and shipped from the facility that can do it most efficiently! Facilities are held to the highest of quality standards and most products are responsibly produced in an eco-friendly manner. Drop us a message for more info!

We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us at mike@ballinn.eu within a weeks' time with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We’ll get back to you with a solution as soon as possible! Thank you.

Unfortunately, because we stitch the embroidery of our products on demand, we don’t offer returns and exchanges yet, but if there’s something wrong with your order, please let us know asap by contacting us at mike@ballinn.eu and we can try to find a solution.
